Grade 5 Unit of Inquiry Site

Grade 5 Teachers & Students  //  For Unit Two,

We're inquiring into how unequal or irresponsible distribution or sharing of finite natural resources can lead to conflict, and how we can resolve and manage conflict.

We need to understand first of all how all resources and humans are all connected, what the different perspectives are about sharing, and how we can be responsible for one another.

Clean water Qs

Q1: why are people not getting clean water?
 
Q2: why aren`t the people helping the poor people to get clean water?

Hey Ray,
Good start to your inquiry. . I have a question for you though before you really start your research. It looks to me like this second Q is maybe a Responsibility or Perspective Q. Do you think you need to identify 'the people' are who should be helping the poor people you identified? Who are these people? the government? an NGO? you and I?
Please be specific and best of luck to you on your research.

Hi Ray I think the country is poor so the country cant get clean water so the country can't give clean water to people that nees it.
